Chairman Yu Bo Visited Jidian Corporation and Signed a Strategic Agreement
On August 30th, Yu Bo, Chairman of Liaoning Anyu Energy Group, met with Cai Yanfu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of State Power Investment Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. in Changchun. The two sides had extensive exchanges and reached a consensus on the development and in-depth cooperation of new energy projects, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
Chairman Yu Bo introduced the basic situation, industrial layout, and key projects of Anyu Energy Group, and expressed appreciation for the transformation and development achievements of Jidian Corporation. Chairman Yu Bo stated that Anyu Energy Group is committed to the integrated development of the entire industry chain, including new energy project survey, design, construction, and operation management, and has multiple technological and development achievements. Jidian Corporation, with advanced concepts and strong capabilities, is a leading enterprise in the field of new energy in China. We hope to establish a strong alliance with Jidian Corporation, improve cooperation mechanisms, expand cooperation areas, establish project teams, and further engage in extensive cooperation in new energy project development and other fields to achieve complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.
Cai Yanfu welcomed the arrival of Chairman Bo and his delegation, expressed gratitude to Anyu Energy Group for its trust in Jidian Co., Ltd., and introduced the company's basic situation, industrial layout, and development plan. Cai Yanfu expressed the hope that the two sides can build a cooperation platform based on this signing, further strengthen cooperation, accelerate the implementation of demonstration projects such as new energy, hydrogen energy, and complementary fishing and light, and promote them nationwide, establish a long-term stable, mutual trust and mutual benefit strategic partnership, and jointly develop and grow.
